All orders are subject to our full terms and conditions of sale as outlined below. These terms and conditions should be read with our policies and statements

All prices will be charged at the published price current at the date of order plus VAT at the current rate. No charge is made to the customer for credit card payments.

1. Unless otherwise stated all goods carry a 12 month warranty. Customers must use warranty arrangements specifically provided.
2. Goods are not sold on a trial basis. Customers should check specifications and suitability before ordering. Elepos.com does not warrant the suitability of goods for specific applications
3. Goods, which have been incorrectly ordered, will only be accepted for return with prior approval from elepos.com. Returned goods will only be accepted if they are correctly packed in the original packaging, with original manuals and have not been used. A restocking charge of 25% will be levied on all such goods.
4. Goods may not be returned without prior authorisation and a Goods Return Authorisation Number from elepos.com, which can be obtained by contacting our customer service team.
5. Customers are responsible for ensuring goods are returned suitably packaged and for obtaining the necessary proof of delivery and receipt.

Neither party shall be liable for any default due to any act of God, war, strike, lock out industrial action, fire or other event beyond the reasonable control of either party.

All disputes arising of this contract shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

Wherever possible elepos.com will deliver from stock. No charge is made for delivery to England, Scotland or Wales mainland addresses unless specifically stated. Delivery charges to other addresses are subject to quotation. Delivery times given are only estimates and we assume no liability for delays in delivery however caused.
