Shipping & Returns
You may return new unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 10 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2-3 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2-3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3-4 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
All items ordered before 1pm are despatched the same day, this is for items that are in stock. If you have any stock enquiries do not hesitate to contact us. on average it takes 1-2 days to receive your items once despatched. 1 day if you choose the 24 Hour Service and 2 Days if you choose the standard delivery option. Also note if you are out of the UK Mainland it can take an extra day to deliver.
If you are out of the UK mainland please rember to choose the out of UK Mainland delivery option. You may be out of the UK Mainland Zone if your Postcode begins with:
AB, BT, FK, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA, KW, PA, PH, TR, ZE

In General Areas out of the UK Mainland Include: INVERNESS, N.IRELAND, BELFAST, SHETLAND & ORKNEY, WESTERN ISLES, SCILLY ISLES, CHANNEL ISLANDS, AND ISLE OF MAN, PERTH, PERTHSHIRE.
Free Shipping Offers:
At times we may have special offers on our postage charges, Please note this is to the UK Mainland Only as couriers charge extra to deliver to these destinations. However when such an offer is made there will be reductions made on outer UK Mainland Delivery. These will be available on checkout at the time.
Certain items will be excluded from the Free Delivery Offer, these are smaller items that have a fixed postage charge i.e items with upto £4.00 fixed postage charge.
If you are out of the UK mainland and do order on the Free Delivery offer we will try to delivery by other services i.e Royalmail, But if the items are too heavy we will be in contact with you to inform you of the extra charge. This however will be a lower charge than usual as it will be at offer price.
